DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship all around the world. International shipping can take up to 2-16 weeks in some countries. Usually, the transit time is around 2-6 weeks, however, ultimately it is all dependent on the shipping carrier and how busy they are. If you have any questions about your international package, please send an email to books@lizettewarner.com and we will be able to help. 

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As a result returns are not honored or processed. All books are sealed and sent in bubble mailers to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A WRONG/DAMAGED/MISSING ITEM? 

We’ll do all that we can to make it right! Please email BOOKS@lizettewarner.com and we will be able to help. 

CAN SHAWN PERSONALIZE MY BOOKS? 

Unfortunately, at this time, Shawn is not personalizing books. He's writing new books so his fans can have new fun and entertaining stories.

ARE THE BOOKS REALLY SIGNED BY SHAWN? 

YES! No stamps or fake dopplegangers here.

WHERE’S MY ORDER? 

If you have purchased anything that is signed by Shawn, please allow 1-10 business days on our end for us to ship your order out. Sometimes, Shawn is not in the office to sign books and if we are out of stock, we can’t ship immediately. However, shipping time is usually within 1-3 business days. 

WHO’S DELIVERING MY ORDER?

We ship all packages either USPS or UPS depending on what you’re ordering. Most orders are shipped via USPS (postal service). You will receive an email once your package has shipped and it will include your tracking number. If for some reason you don’t receive an email or a tracking number, please email books@lizettewarner.com and we will be able to help.

WHAT IF IT SHOWS MY ORDER IS DELIVERED, BUT IT’S NOT THERE?

You will want to call the shipping carrier who delivered your package (USPS or UPS) and they will be able to give you more detailed information where your package is. You should have been sent a shipping confirmation email with the shipping details (Carrier, tracking number, etc.).

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS RETURNED?

If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, unable to forward, or a no such number reason and you want the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package. If you realize your package has the incorrect address and your order has not shipped, please email books@lizettewarner.com as soon as you can and we’ll change the address for you.
